A buyer's agent will represent YOU exclusively in your real estate transaction. When looking for homes listed by REALTORS®, it's important to understand that the listing agent (the seller's agent) is working exclusively for the seller. S/he will not have your best interest in mind but rather the seller's best interests. You need a real estate agent (REALTOR®) who will represent YOU!

Buying a home is a very complex undertaking.
